Usually it's just that one grating aspect of their personality. Personally, I can't stand it if they have some sort of annoying laugh. It's a sort of 'hyuk hyuk' with a snorty, nasally sound mixed in. Maybe it's not their laugh; it's just the way their face scrunches up when they laugh. It makes them look so, so repulsive. It can almost make you sick.
